Refund policy

Every Pawsterity portrait is custom, made to order from your photo, so our policy reflects that.

Digital portraits. We revise your portrait for free until it looks like your pet. If we genuinely cannot get it right, you get a full refund. Because work begins as soon as you order, refunds after delivery are handled case by case, but a portrait that does not look like your pet is always either made right or refunded.

Framed canvas. You approve the artwork before we print. Once approved and printed, a canvas cannot be refunded for change of mind, but any print or shipping issue (damage, defect, or wrong item) is replaced free. Email us a photo of the problem and we will sort it.
