By ordering from Pawsterity you agree to these terms.

Made to order. Each portrait is custom-created from the photo you upload after purchase. It is not an instant download. Digital portraits are typically ready within about 24 hours; canvases print and ship after you approve the art. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

Your photo and your rights. When you upload a photo you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not contain an identifiable person or another photographer's copyrighted work without permission. You grant Pawsterity permission to transform your photo with AI-assisted tools and to use it to create and deliver your order.

AI-assisted creation. Portraits are created using AI-assisted image and video tools. Your uploaded photo is processed by third-party providers (our AI generation provider and, for canvas orders, our print partner) to fulfil your order. Those providers may use content processed through their services, including uploaded photos and generated results, to operate, improve, and train their AI models and for their own purposes, under their own terms. We cannot control that provider-side use; by ordering you acknowledge it.

Ownership. You own your finished portrait and may use it for personal and commercial purposes. Because the artwork is AI-generated, we cannot grant exclusive copyright and cannot promise that a similar image will never exist.

Marketing. We will never use your pet's photo or finished portrait in our own marketing, gallery, or ads unless you separately opt in.

Artistic interpretation. Portraits are artistic interpretations in a royal renaissance style, not photographic reproductions.
